“Its just important to know what you’re voting for and why. And you know I have my oldest is fifteen so she’s not far along from being able to vote herself and I just want to show her you know what to do how to do it and why its important,” Portaleos said.

For Jiawen Zhen he believes that the election is the best way to get your voice heard.

“You can protest and do what you can as much as you want but ultimately it comes down to the ballot putting your signature and filling out those bubbles are what really matters in this world right now,” Zhen said.
